摘 要:目的探讨在《社区护理学》中进行合作性学习教学试验与考核方案改革后的效果。方法在2005级护理本科生中实施合作学习理论与小组合作实训的教学模式,以2004级护理本科生作为对照,并比较其效果。结果实验组理论、作业成绩均优于对照组(P<0.05),18个调查条目中排在前5位的是训练语言表达能力,锻炼沟通交流能力,提高学习兴趣和学习的主动性、积极性,增强交流及合作意识。结论激发护生的学习兴趣,提高了护生的交流与合作能力,有利于提高护生的综合素质。Objectives To explore the effect of cooperative study in the course of community nursing. Methods The cooperative study theory integrated with group practice was applied in the course of community nursing for the baccalaureate nursing students in Class 2005. Results Compared with the control group, the performance was significantly better in the experimental group ( P 〈 0.05 ). The students reported that this teaching method improved their communication ability,learning enthusiasm and positivity,as well as cooperation consciousness. Conclusion The application of cooperative study can motivate nursing students' learning enthusiasm, improve their communication and cooperation abilities, which is beneficial for the training of their comprehensive quality.
