摘 要:目的探讨系统化应急培训方法与效果。方法构建护理部-护理质量管理专业组-护理综合应急技能指导小组-科室急救小组4级培训管理模式。采用集中理论培训、模拟训练等方式对护士进行系统化应急培训,并将应对突发事件能力考核纳入护理质量管理体系,制订考核内容及评价标准,对其应急能力进行量化评价。结果护士应急流程执行合格率、急救操作水平及相关理论知识掌握率较培训前明显提高;在急救过程中的各个子过程执行时间均较培训前明显缩短。结论对护士进行系统化应急培训,并将其考核纳入护理质量管理体系是提高护士应对突发事件能力的有效方法。Objective To explore the methods and effect of systemic training for nurses in emergency response ability. Methods The four - level training management system including nursing department,nursing quality management team,emergency skills guiding team and first - aid team was set up. The systemic emergency response training was provided by the means of lecture and simulated practice. The examination of emergency response ability was integrated into the quality management system and was evaluated by quantitative methods based on the established criteria. Results After the training, the qualified rate of implementation of emergency response procedure, first - aid quality and the master rate of related knowledge were improved significantly. The nurses ' emergency awareness was enhanced and the first - aid time was shorter compared with before. Conclusion The systemic emergency training for nurses as well as the integration of emergency response examination into quality management system is proved to be an effective method to improve the nurses' emergency response ability.
