榄香烯对脑神经胶质细胞瘤抑制的实验研究

摘　　要：目的：观察榄香烯对鼠脑神经胶质细胞瘤Ｇ４２２的抑制作用及血中ＩＬ－２、ＩＬ－６、ＴＮＦ的改变。方法：将Ｇ４２２接种于近交系ＴＡ２小鼠皮下，分别在肿瘤生长的中、晚期腹腔注射榄香烯治疗，药物剂量分为高、中、低剂量组，每日一次连续１０次。结果：中、晚期不同剂量的榄香烯治疗组的肿瘤抑制率均达到５５％以上，有明显的抑制脑神经胶质细胞瘤的作用。血中ＩＬ－２、ＴＮＦ水平均明显高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１），有非常显著的差异。结论：提示榄香烯能直接杀伤Ｇ４２２肿瘤细胞使其坏死并提高机体内ＩＬ－２、ＴＮＦ的水平，增强机体Ｔ细胞免疫功能达到抗肿瘤的作用。Objective:The inhibitory effect of the elemene for gliomas(G422)was observed and the level of IL2,IL6,TNF in the blood was determinedMethods:The G422 was transplanted in the subcutaneous part of inbreed line mice TA2When middle and advanced stage of the tumour hyperplasia,the elemene (dose 200mg/kg,100mg/kg,50mg/kg)was injected into the abdominal cavity of the mice,qd,continued ten timesResults:showed that the tumour inhibitory rate of the elemene was all over 55%The level of IL2,TNF was higher than control groupConclusion:It was suggested that G422 cell was immediated killed and necrosised by the elemene,the level of IL2,TNF in the blood was enhanced
