肝素表面处理的PMMA人工晶体的临床分析

摘　　要：报道１９７例人工晶体植入术。其中植入经肝素表面处理的人工晶体８８例，植入未经肝素处理的人工晶体１０９例。随访一年，经肝素处理组的术后炎症反应、虹膜后粘连发生率及后囊混浊发生率均低于未经肝素处理组。We reported that 197 cases undertook extracapsular cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation, of which 88 cases were implanted intra ocular PMMA lenses modified with surface immobilized heparin and 109 cases were implanted PMMA lenses without any modification Follow up survey of one year was performed Our results showed that the occurrence of postoperative inflammatory reaction,posterior synechia and posterior capsular opacification in heparin group was significantly less than that of control group
