摘　　要：为了了解ＰＲＫ术后使用０．１％地塞米松眼液３～６个月引起的眼压变化，我们总结和分析了５０６例９４１只眼术后６个月以上的随访资料，发现有１４８例２５７只眼（２７．３１％）眼压升高，范围在３．２４～６．２３ｋＰａ，平均４．２３ｋＰａ。最早出现眼压升高的时间在用药后２周，大多数在１个月。有２３例双眼眼压升高的患者出现视力下降、眼球胀痛、虹视等自觉症状。其他病例没有任何自觉症状。在停用激素和抗青光眼治疗３～７天后，绝大多数患者眼压得到控制。有１例有轻度的视野受损。对于临床上使用激素类眼液２周以上的患者应密切注意激素性高眼压问题。To evaluate the results of elevated intraocular pressure (IOL) secondary to topical administration of 0 1% dexamethasone for 3～6 months after PRK,we analysed the 6 month follow up data on 941 eyes of 506 patients 257 eyes of 148 patients(27 3%) showed a marked rise in IOL(3 2～6 23kPa,mean 4 23kPa) After topical administration of corcosteroid,elevation of IOL might be observed early in two weeks,while most occurred within 1 month 23 patients with elevation of IOL in both eyes had a decrease in visual acuity,eye ache and halos The other patients had no symptoms After discontinuing the administration of corticosteroids and beginning antiglaucoma therapy,the IOL returned to normal level in 3～7 days However,slight visual field defect occurred in one eye of a patient Therefore,we believed that patients receiving steroid eyedrops treatment for more than two weeks should be checked for the possibility of ocular hypertension
