滤过性手术后持续性低眼压及治疗

摘　　要：观察滤过性手术后持续性低眼压（＜６ｍｍＨｇ）６２只眼，其中３２只眼（５１．６％）眼球组织和功能无明显改变，３０只眼因高度散光、白内障加重及低眼压性黄斑病变引起视力障碍。对视力下降眼采用自家血滤过泡内注射、滤过泡修补术或联合白内障摘出术治疗，眼压得到不同程度的提高。低眼压纠正后，２７只眼视力得到改善。对持续性低眼压的原因、影响视力的因素、低眼压的治疗时机、方法及预防进行了讨论。We observed 62 eyes with persistent hypotony (<6mmHg)after filtering surgery,32 of which displayed no tangible changes in tissues and functions,accounting for 51.6% of total eyes.In the meantime,due to high astigmatism,cataract and hypotonous maculopathy,visual acuity impairment occurred in 30 eyes.After intrableb injection of autologous blood,surgical revision of filtration blebs and extraction of cataract,intraocular pressure had been elevated to some extent.With hypotony cured,visual acuity of 27 eyes was improved.We discussed mainly persistent hypotony and its causes,factors in influencing visual acuity,the timing and methods of treating hypotony and relevant preventive measures.
