视神经炎的体感诱发电位研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨视神经炎患者的亚临床损害情况。方法：利用短潜伏期体感诱发电位对３０例视神经炎患者进行四肢分侧检查。结果：下肢中枢传导异常率５０％（１５／３０），明显高于上肢７％（２／３０）；下肢中枢传导异常单侧（１２／１５）多于双侧（３／１５）；同时还发现有外周传导异常（１７％）。提示脊髓胸段频繁地不对称地受累。结论：视神经炎可能是多发性硬化的一个临床亚型表现。Objectives:To explore the subclinical lesions in patients with optic neuritis.Methods:Thirty patients with isotated optic neuritis were studied with somatosensory evoked potentials from each limb.Results:The central conductions of somatosensory evoked potentials demonstrated 50%(15/30) abnormalities from the legs and 7% (2/30) abnormalities from the arms. Unilateral abnormalities (12/13)of the central conductions from the legs were much more than bilateral abnormalities (3/15).Also peripheral conductions had 17% (5/30)abnormalities.Conclusions:Thoracic segments of the spinal cord in patients with isolated optic neuritis had frequently been involved in asymmetrical distribution.Isolated optic neuritis might be one of the clinical subgroups of multiple sclerosis,or speaking there are always subclinical lesions of spinal cord in patients with potic neuritis.
