摘 要:目的:探索EEG和CT在癫痫的诊断、分型和病因方面的意义。方法:对1379例癫痫进行EEG常规描记和脑CT扫描。结果:1379例中原发性癫痫985例(7143%),继发性癫痫394例(2857%)。CT异常率4619%;EEG异常率7426%,痫波检出率2347%。EEG以局灶性或弥漫性慢波增多为主。EEG和CT的符合率8095%。结论:EEG对癫痫的分型和原发性癫痫的检出有重要价值。Objectives: To explore the significance of EEG and CT in the diagnosis,the classification and the cause of epilepsy.Methods: The routine EEG recording and the brain CT scaning were used in 1379 patients with epilepsy. Results: There were 985 cases of primary epilepsy(71.43%)and 394 cases of secondary epilepsy(28.57%) in the 1379 patients.The abnormality rate of CT was 46.19%,and that of EEG was 74.26%.The detectability rate of epileptiform waves in EEG was 23.74%.The increasing of focal or diffuse slow waves were main feature in EEG of the patients.The consistence rate of EEG and CT was 80.95%. Conclusions: EEG is of important value to the classification of epilepsy and the diagnosis of primary epilepsy.CT is a effective method to the diagnosis of secondary epilepsy.
