椎基底动脉供血不足BAEP检查结果分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨脑干听觉诱发电位（ＢＡＥＰ）在椎基底动脉供血不足（ＶＢＩ）诊断中的意义。方法：对１０９例ＶＢＩ患者做常规ＢＡＥＰ检查，并对其结果按年龄、病程进行分析。结果：１０９例中异常８１例（７４３％），异常表现为各主波的潜伏期和波间期延长。其中病程＜２年者异常率为４０６％（１３／３２例），２～５年者为８７８％（３６／４１），＞５年者为８８９％（３２／３６）。结论：ＶＢＩ患者的ＢＡＥＰ异常率有随病程延长而增高的倾向。ＢＡＥＰ对ＶＢＩ缓解期病例的诊断有一定参考意义。Objectives To explore the diagnostic value of the brainstem auditory evoked potential (BAEP) in patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency (VBI). Methods The routine BAEP is done in 109 patients with VBI,and be analysed on the basic of their ages and illness stages.Results Of 109cases VBI,81 cases were abnormal on BAEP (74.3%).The abnormal manifestation suggested a prolongation of latency and inteval in the main waves.In those.the abnormality rates of different coures of the disease (<2,2～5 and >years) are 40.6%(13/32),87.8%(36/41)and 88.9%(32/36),respectively.Conclusions With illness time prolongation,the abnormality rate of BAEP tends to cause more rise.There is the reference significance to diagnosis of remission period of VBI with BAEP.
