神经降压素对大鼠应激性胃溃疡的影响及与表皮生长因子的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨神经降压素对大鼠应激性胃溃疡的影响及与表皮生长因子的关系。方法采用脑室微量注射和放射免疫分析方法，观察神经降压素对应激性胃溃疡的影响和胃粘膜组织中表皮生长因子含量的变化。结果在大鼠应激性胃溃疡产生时，血浆表皮生长因子含量显著增高（Ｐ＜０．０１）；侧脑室注射神经降压素，大鼠应激性胃溃疡的产生明显减轻（Ｐ＜０．０１），同时血浆及胃粘膜组织中表皮生长因子的含量显著增加（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论神经降压素具有保护胃粘膜细胞的作用，该保护作用可能与表皮生长因子含量的改变有关。Objective To study the effect of neurotensin (NT) on stress induced gastric ulcers and epidermic growth factor(EGF) in rats.Method [WT5”BZ]The effect of NT on stress induced gastric ulcers was observed by injecting NT into ICV.And the contents of EGF were assayed with radioimmunoassay.Results The contents of EGF were markedly increased in plasma during stress ulcer formation(P<0.01).After injecting NT into ICV,the contents of EGF in plasma and gastric mucosa tissues were significantly increased(P<0.01) while the stress induced gastric ulcers were significantly weakened(P<0.05).Conclusion NT in the brain of rats had cytoprotective effect,and the effect is probably related to EGF.
