摘　　要：文章在介绍了MINES for LibrariesTM产生的背景、目的、方法与功能,MINES for Li-brariesTM与LibQUAL+TM、DigiQUALTM比较以及MINES在加拿大图书馆的调查实践的基础上,指出MINES是网络环境下电子资源使用评价的有效调查方法,并就MINES在图书馆的发展前景展开了探讨。This paper introduces the background, purpose, method and functions of MINES for Libraries TM . Based on comparing MINES for Libraries TM and LibQUAL ＋, DigQUAL , and Investigation practice of MINES in Canadian libraries this paper point out that MINES is the effective Investigation method of usage evaluation of the electronics resources under the network environment and discusses the development future of MINES in library.
