摘　　要：边远地区新升本科院校图书馆,由于在文献资源建设等方面面临着相同的问题和困难,具有相似的特点和需求,因此,在谋求自身建设的发展中也有着共同的目标,在当前文献信息正逐步走向共知、共建、共享的阶段,研究和探讨类似院校图书馆文献资源建设共建共享,是具有重大意义的。Newly -upgraded academic libraries in western areas have the same problems and difficulties, share similar characteristic and needs. Therefore, they have the same aim in their development. In this era when documentation resources tend towards a phase to share information, recourses and experience. It is significant to research the establishment and sharing of documentation resources management of newly - upgraded academic library in western areas.
