开展网络信息资源利用普及教育的探讨

摘　　要：我国互联网发展速度快但网络利用普及率较低。许多基层科技人员不会利用互联网获取专业信息。针对这一问题,探讨如何调动各级图书馆及社会各方面力量,开展网络信息资源利用普及教育,推动我国互联网的健康发展。The development speed of net in China is high but the popularization rate is low. Many grass - roots level scientific and technical personnel can not obtain professional information through internet： The paper discusses how to mobilize libraries at all levels and all social forces to carry out popularization of internet information resources utilization, and promotes healthy development of internet in China.
