无机三氧化聚合物即刻修复医源性根管穿孔的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价采用无机三氧化聚合物(mineral trioxide aggregate,MTA)即刻修复医源性根管侧壁穿孔的临床疗效。方法选取医源性因素造成的根管侧壁穿孔患牙14颗,彻底清理根管并预备根管,在止血隔湿的条件下以MTA即刻修补根管侧壁穿孔。结果患牙术后X线片显示充填物致密,有少量材料超充,但未引起临床症状;治疗后一年复查,14颗患牙功能良好,感觉无不适,X线片示根尖周或根侧暗影不明显。结论MTA即刻治疗根管侧壁穿孔患牙临床疗效好,少量超充不影响其疗效。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of immediate repair of iatrogenic lateral root canal perforation with mineral trioxide aggregate （MTA）. Methods 14 teeth with iatrogenic root canal perforation were selected. The root canals were shaped and cleaned, and then obturated with gutta-percha after MTA was used io repair the perforation in the condition with any blood and moisture. Results The postoperative X- ray films showed that 14 teeth were filled adequately, 9 had a little over- filling without any clinical symptom. All patients were recalled after 1 year and declared their teeth to be asymptomatic. The recall radiographs indicated that the radiolucent areas around the root perforation were not obvious. Conclusions MTA is effective in instant treatment of teeth with root canal perforation, even though the material is overfilled.
