摘 要:目的探讨无机抗菌剂应用于牙科氢氧化钙对深龋治疗的效果。方法选择86例901颗龋损近髓的患牙,均诊断为深龋。对于试验患者均知情同意治疗。实验材料:牙科氢氧化钙、纳米载银无机抗菌剂。实验分组:根据预实验结果,随机分为A组用普通氢氧化钙垫底充填42颗牙,B组用抗菌氢氧化钙垫底充填48颗,随访半年,观察其临床疗效。结果2组疗效有显著性差异("P<0.05")。保存治疗成功率A组为64.29%,B组为83.33%。结论无机抗菌剂对深龋治疗具有一定的效果和应用前景。Purpose To observe curing effects of dental calcium hydroxide which added nanometer inorganic antimicrobial agents on deep caries. Methods The 90 eaeodontia that come from 86 patient were choosed which had been diagnosed deep caries. The patients all know the circumstances of the matter the agreement and contributes voluntarily. Experiment material: nanometer inorganic antimicrobial agents; dental calcium hydroxide. Experiment groups: according to the pre-experiment results, there were two groups which group A included 42 teeth used commen calcium hydroxide to underlay and fill them, group B included 48 teeth used antibacterial calcium hydroxide to underlay and fill them. They were followed up for half a year and observed clinical curative effect. Results The results showed tow groups' effects had significant difference.The conservation curing achievement ratio: group A was 64.29%, group B was 83.33%. Conclusion Nanometer inorganic antimicrobial agents had a certain effection on deep caries and had application perspective.
