阿立哌唑与利培酮对精神分裂症疗效与体重的对照研究

摘　　要：目的比较阿立哌唑与利培酮对精神分裂症患者疗效及体重的影响。方法选取精神分裂症患者70例,随机分为阿立哌唑组36例,利培酮组34例,分别给予阿立哌唑和利培酮治疗8周,在治疗前及治疗后1、2、4、6、8周末采用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)对2组进行疗效评定及测体重。结果阿立哌唑组和利培酮组PANSS总分及各因子分别于治疗后2周末均显著下降(P<0.05);2组PANSS减分率分别为(45±15)%、(51±14)%;临床有效率分别为88.9%、91.2%,2组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。利培酮组体重增加发生率明显高于阿立哌唑组(P<0.05)。结论两药对精神分裂症均有较好的疗效,阿立哌唑对患者体重的影响较利培酮小。Objective To compare the efficacy and patients＇ weight after treatment with aripiprazole and risperidone in patients with schizophrenia. Methods 70 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into aripiprazole group （ n = 36） and risperidone group （ n = 34）, with a treatment course of 8 weeks for both groups. Before treatment and at the end of 1, 2, 4, 6, 8 weeks after treatment, the therapeutic effects were evaluated by Positive and Negative Syndomly Scale （PANS.S） and the patients＇ weight was measured. Results After 2,week treatment, the scores of PANSS in both groups decreased significantly, as compared with baseline （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. The decrease rate on PANSS was（45 ± 15）% in aripiprazole group and （51 ± 14）% in risperidone group. The total clinical effective rates were 88.9% in aripiprazole and 91.2% in risperidone. The rate of weight increase in risperidone group was significantly higher than that in aripiprazole group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Both drugs are effective in treating schizophrenia, however, the effect of aripiprazole on patients＇ weight is less than that of risperidone.
