论现代发展观的演进与科学发展观的内涵

摘　　要：通过采用历史分析等方法,从三维角度分析了现代发展观的演进过程,即单纯经济增长论——社会发展论——环境保护论(包括"宇宙飞船经济"理论和增长极限论)——综合发展观(包括可持续发展观、新发展观和人类发展观)四个阶段。指出科学发展观立足于当代中国的实际,同时又借鉴了世界文明发展的积极成果,是对党的三代中央领导集体关于发展的重要思想的继承和发展,是马克思主义关于发展的世界观和方法论的集中体现。The evolution of the modem concept of development was analyzed from three - dimensional angle, that is, the theory of economical growth - the theory of social development - the theory of the environmental protection （including ＂spaceship economy＂ theory and the limits to growth） -the integrated development view （including sustainable development view, new conception of development and development of the human race view）. The Scientific Outlook on Development is a continuation and development of the important thought on development advanced by the previous three generations of central collective leadership of the CPC and a concentrated expression of the Marxist world outlook and methodology with regard to development.
