摘　　要：在经济全球化背景下,从全球学习的外向视角入手,对国外攻略新载体——无国界经营的特点展开深入分析,据此设计我国企业全球学习战略的两个层面,研究全球学习的海外延伸模式,进而从本土嵌入到全球布点提出中国企业全球学习网络的编织方法,并对国际核心能力的成长路径进行了战略探索。Under the background of economic globalization, this article begins with the outward-perspective of global learning, and then carries out a deep analysis on the characteristics of boundaryless business--a new carrier of the foreign offensive strategy. Based on these, it designs two layers of Chinese enterprises＂ global learning strategy, researches the oversea extending mode of global learning. Furthermore, it puts forward the weaving methods of Chinese enterprises＂ global learning network from local embeddedness to global dotedness. It also explores the growing route of the international core competence strategically.
