甘蓝型双低杂交油菜新品种金农油1号的选育

摘　　要：利用甘蓝型油菜隐性核不育系7274A与恢复系5735R组配育成的优质杂交油菜新品种金农油1号(原名油YL053),于2007年12月通过贵州省品种审定。该品种2年区试平均产量为181.4 kg/667m2,比对照(油研10号)增产12.02%,增产达极显著水平;生产试验平均产量166.27 kg/667m2,比对照增产10.59%,居C组第1位;全生育期平均222.9 d,比对照早0.6 d。含油率43.83%,芥酸0.2%,硫甙18.84μmol/(g.饼),种子蛋白质20.97%。抗倒性、抗寒性强,耐菌核病。Jinnongyou 1 （a new quality hybrid rape variety） with strong resistance to lodging and coldness, tolerant to sclerotial disease, and 222.9 d of total growth period bred from 727A （a recessive nuclear sterile line） 5735R （a restore line） was approved by Guizhou Crops Variety Examination Committee in December, 2007. The average yield in the regional tests of Guizhou was 181.4 kg/667m^2 , 12.02 % higher than CK and the average yield in the productive tests was 166.27 kg/667m^2, 10.59% higher than CK. The content of oil, erucic acid, glueosinolates and protein is 43.83%, 0.2%, 18.84 μmol/（g·cake） and 20.97% respectively.
