摘　　要：[目的]探讨STAT3和survivin在胃癌中的表达与临床病理特征之间的关系。[方法]采用免疫组织化学SABC法检测40例胃癌的癌灶中心组织及其癌旁正常组织中STAT3和survivin的表达情况。[结果]STAT3和survivin在40例胃癌组织中的表达阳性率分别为70%和75%,明显高于在癌旁正常组织中的表达率(χ2=30.000、χ2=37.968,P<0.001);STAT3的表达水平与胃癌浸润深度(χ2=6.114)、有无淋巴结转移(χ2=4.358)和TNM分期(χ2=10.957)相关(P<0.05);survivin的表达与各临床病理因素无显著相关性(P>0.05);STAT3和survivin表达呈正相关(χ2=12.857,P=0.000,r=0.533)。[结论]STAT3和survivin过表达在胃癌的发生发展过程中起重要作用,是胃癌诊治中两个较有价值的标记物,STAT3可能是通过调节survivin的表达发挥抗凋亡作用。[Purpose] To investigate the expression of STAT3 and survivin in gastric cancer and its correlation with the clinicopathological features. [Methods l SABC immunohistological staining was used to detect the expression of STAT3 and survivin in 40 cases of gastric cancer tissue and tissue. [Results ] The expression rate of STAT3 and survivin in 40 cases with gastric cancer tissue were 70% and 75% respectively, which were much higher than that cancer around tissue（x^2=30.000,x^2=37.968,P〈0.001 ）.The expression level of STAT3 was related to the invasive depth, lymph node metastasis and TNM stage （X^2=6.114 ,X^2=4.358 ,X^2=10.957, P〈0.05 ）. There was no relationship between the expression of survivin and the elinieopathological feature in gastric cancer （P〉0.05）. The expression of survivin had a positive correlation with that of STAT3 （X^2=12.g57,P=0.000,r=0.533）. [Conclusion] Overexpression of STAT3 and sunrvivin play an important role in the pathogenesis of gastric cancer, and they appear to be two valuable markers for early diagnosis and treatment of gastric carcinoma. Survivin might be functioning on anti-apoptosis through the regulation of STAT3 protein.
