摘  要:介绍老式铜拉线机自动化改造的实践方案。在不能对原有机械结构做较大改动的前提下,采用间接张力控制方法。两台交流电机的转速同步调节分阶段进行,在升、降速期间,采用直接转矩控制,避开了速度调节的大惯性常数,快捷、高效;在平稳运行期间,通过检测线速差,进行模糊控制,避开了采用传统PID控制因时变、非线性等造成建模困难的问题,稳定、实用。实际运行结果表明,系统跟踪快捷,运行可靠,具有良好的推广应用价值。This paper introduces the practice scheme of old copper wire stretcher automation. Under the premise that original mechanical structure can't be changed greatly, it adopts indirect tension control method. The rotation speed synchronization regulation of two AC motors is realized by stages. During the speed-up and speed-down process,it uses the rapid and high efficient method of direct torque control, avoids large inertia constant of the speed regulation. During the smooth operation, uses the fuzzy control by inspecting speed difference, evades the problem of the difficult modeling caused by time-varying and nonlinear during the original PID control. Practical running result shows that the system is rapid in tracking, reliable in operation, which has good popularization using value.
