摘　　要：通过对中心大城网供需关系紧张时需求侧用电行为的解析，阐明了中心大城网电压崩溃的潜在危机；结合需求侧负荷的动态变化，探讨了紧急态势的判断方法；研究了紧急无功调度中的无功补偿模式。在此基础上，提出了紧急态势下的需求侧管理策略。Providing supply demand situation tense in the big city′s power system, this paper analyses dynamic consumption behaviour in demand side, then points out its potential crisis of voltage collapsing. It studies how to judge voltage′s state and tendency urgent considering load′s dynamic change, and how to made reactive compensation. Based on these, demand side management (DSM) for urgent voltage′s state and tendency is proposed
