ZTC1+1澄清剂法与水醇法制备小儿止泻液的比较研究

摘　　要：将ZTC1+1天然澄清剂(工艺1)与乙醇(工艺2)用于小儿止泻口服液的制备。结果表明,两种方法制备的口服液色泽、澄明度及质量均符合该产品的标准;澄清法与水醇法相比,具有沉淀速度快,工艺流程短,成本低等优点。In the research, we used ZTC1＋1 clarifying agent（ Ⅰ ） and water-alcohol precipitation（ Ⅱ） in preparation of antidiarrheal solution for children. The results proved that the eolor and luster, clarity, and quality of oral solution could live up to the quality standard with both methods of preparation. However, the ZTC1＋1 clarifying agent has the advantages of faster sedimentation, shorter technological process, lower cost over water-alcohol method.
