B/S结构企业培训管理信息化系统的研究

摘　　要：根据人力资源培训中心在进行人员培训时信息化管理的现实需求,调研了人员培训过程中信息管理的业务信息范围,并对其复杂信息的整合进行深入分析与研究,尤其是培训计划审批流程的管理。在tomcat5.5和jdk1.5的环境下,用JSP动态网页开发技术,以SQL Server2000作为数据库服务器,利用E-R模型中的字段控制了不同身份的用户进入系统时的不同权限,开发了应用广泛且具有较好前景的B/S三层体系结构的应用系统,企业培训管理信息化系统。使得人员培训工作的工作量减少,人员培训效率得到提高。On the basis of practical requirement of human resources training center in the personnel training, the operation information during the personnel training is investigated, the difficulty of integrating information is analyzed and researched, especially of the procedure of the training plan examining and approving, corporation training management information-based system is developed based on popular and foreground three-layer B/S structure in the environment of tomcat5.5 and jdkl.5. The system makes training management work decrease and the efficiency of personnel training management improve much by using dynamic web page techniques JSP, SQL Server 2000 acting as the database server, and users＇ pruview being controlled by fields of E-R model.
