摘 要:目的:探讨采用团体体育游戏综合疗法矫治大学生社交焦虑症。方法:对患有中度以上社交焦虑症的大二学生14名(男12名,女2名,平均年龄19.5岁)实施10次团体治疗,每周一次,每次2小时,第一小时在室内,第二小时在室外。治疗挑选20多个运动量适中、富有趣味且有一定寓意的体育游戏,综合运用实地暴露疗法、社交技巧训练、理性情绪治疗、认知行为疗法等心理治疗技术矫治社交焦虑症。分别于治疗前后采用社交焦虑量表(LSAS)测验被试的社交焦虑状况。结果:14名受试者实验后社交焦虑量表两个分量表的得分数均较治疗前显著降低,受试者全部由中度以上社交焦虑矫治为正常,疗效显著。结论:团体体育游戏综合疗法能有效矫治大学生的社交焦虑症。Objective The possibility of group sports games for treating social anxiety disorder of college students was investigated in this study. Methods Fourteen college students with diagnosed moderate or even more serious social anxiety were enrolled in this study. They were in grade 2 or higher, with an average age of 19.5 years, including 12 males and 2 female. Group sports games were carried out once a week for 10 weeks. Social anxiety was assessed by Liebowitz's Social Anxiety Scale (LSAS) before and after the experiment. Psychotherapy, such as exposure therapy, social skills training, rational-emotive therapy(RET), and cognitive behavior therapy was combined with the group sports games. Results The scores of two LSAS subscales reduced and reached the normal levels in the 14 students by the end of experiment. Conclusion Combination of psychotherapy with group sports games was effective in treatment of social anxiety disorder in college students.
