摘 要:目的探讨超声生物显微镜(ultrasound biomicroscopy,UBM)在眼前段异物诊断中的应用。方法应用UBM对40例眼前段异物患者进行检查,分别采集中央及3、6、9、12点处的图像,并依病情需要追加分析UBM图像,同时与X线眼眶照片及CT检查结果进行对照。结果40例眼前段异物患者经UBM检查,39例显示异物,1例未显示。其中30例经X线眼眶照片检查,有25例显示异物,5例未显示。40例病人中有12例行CT检查,其中9例显示异物,3例未显示。UBM显示异物图像为形态不规则、边界清楚强回声及伪影。结论UBM能准确显示眼前段异物精确位置,而且对微小异物的检出率较X线照片、CT高。Objective To explore the effect of ultrasound biomicroscopy (UBM) on diagnosing foreign body in ocular anterior. Methods All 40 cases were examined by UBM, and 30 cases were examined by X-ray photography, 12 cases were examined by CT scan. Results In 40 eyes of foreign bodies in ocular anterior, 39 eyes were diagnosed and their positions were located by UBM, which was verified by the operation of taking out foreign bodies. Meantime, 30 eyes were examined by X-ray, 25 of them were positive. 12 eyes were examined by CT, 9 of them were positive. Conclusion We could find the excise positions of foreign bodies in ocular anterior by UBM, furthermore, discovery incidence of foreign body in ocular anterior by UBM is better than those by X-ray photography and CT scan .
