摘  要:目的:调查湖州市女性人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染基因型的分子流行病学特点。方法:对450例湖州市女性宫颈分泌物应用基因芯片技术进行了18种高危型和5种低危型HPV型别检测,并结合年龄、文化程度等基本信息进行分析。结果:450例女性中共检出HPV阳性101例,占22.44%,其中单一感染80例,占17.78%;双重感染17例,占3.78%;三重及以上感染4例,占0.89%。101例阳性患者中有高危型HPV感染的为84例,占HPV总阳性人数的83.17%。阳性患者中高危型以16、33、58、18为主,低危型以6、11型为主。不同年龄组(≤30,31~40,41~50,〉50)的HPV感染率分别为27.38%、21.32%、18.81%、15.56%,随年龄增长有下降趋势,但经统计学检验差异无显著性(P〉0.05)。不同教育程度(小学及以下、初中、高中、大学及以上)的HPV感染率分别为23.08%、22.86%、21.74%、21.56%,也有随教育水平增高而下降的趋势,但经统计学检验差异无显著性(P〉0.05)。结论:湖州市女性HPV感染并不少见,且高危型HPV感染所占比例较高,在不同年龄和文化水平中差异无显著性。对适当年龄段女性进行HPV感染筛查和及早治疗,对宫颈癌的防治有重要意义。Objective:To understand the molecular epidemiologic character of 23 genotypes of human papillomavirus (HPV) infection of women in Huzhou. Methods: HPV genotypes of 450 women in Huzhou were examined by gene chip technique, then analysis the results combing the age and educational level. Results: Among the total 450 cases, 101 cases were HPV positive (22. 44 % ), 80 cases ( 17. 78% ) were single HPV type infection and 17 cases (3.78%) were double HPV types infection and 4 cases (0. 89% ) were multiple HPV types infection respectively. In 101 HPV positive cases, the detecting total rates of high risk HPV genotypes were 83.17 % (84/101). The major low risk HPV genotypes were 6,11 and most high risk HPV genotypes were 16,33,58,18. The rate of different age group ( ≤30,31 -40,41 -50, 〉50) were 27. 38% ,21.32% ,18.81% ,15.56% respectively and had no significant differences ( P 〉 0. 05 ), The rate of different educational level group were 23.08%, 22. 86%, 21.74% ,21.56% respectively and had no significant differences( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion: In the Huzhou City, HPV infection is quite a few in women. Furthermore, the infection of high risk genotypes occupy a big proportion. It is very important to detect HPV - DNA in appropriate age women and treat as early as possible for decreasing the risk of cervical cancer.
