摘　　要：本文以电力企业为核心分析了CO2的价值链构成,并在CO2价值链的基础上,运用一般均衡模型设计了CCS的商业运营模式。在一般均衡模型的基础上,本文运用系统动力学的方法对商业运营系统了仿真模拟。根据模型及仿真结果,提出碳排放税的制定、煤电联动、CDM支持CCS和存储地的类型确认是中国以商业化模式推广CCS最关键的4个方面。On the basis of analyzing the carbon dioxide value chain, this paper designs a CCS commercial operation system with the general equilibrium model （GEM）. On the base of GEM, this paper makes the simulation of the commercial system of CCS with the method of system dynamics. According to the result, the tax of CO2 emission, electricity pricing depend on generation cost, CCS in CDM framework and qualified storage sites are key factors for CCS commercial deployment in China.
