专家主观评分比赛中群决策机制的研究

摘　　要：通过主观判断的方式对多个方案进行排序,不同的专家有不同的看法,这是由于专家们的观点存在一定的差异。群体决策的结果原则上应该是能够代表绝大多数专家的意见,摈弃分歧,达成共识。定义了一次性群决策的概念,分析了切尾均值决策机制和基于OWA算子决策机制的缺陷,探讨了一次性群决策的决策机制,构造了一次性群决策过程中一致性分析的集中性指标和相似性指标,提出了一次性群决策的工作程序。Experts have different opinions on ranking some alternatives in a subjective way. Group＇s opinions should be the most of experts＇ opinions. Group decision - making process is discarding differences and achieving consensus. This paper defines a concept of one - off group decision - making; analyses some limitations about trimmed mean decision - making mechanism and another decision -making mechanism based on OWA operator; discusses the decision -making mechanism of one - off group decision - making; constructs the concentration index and comparability index of consensus analysis in one - off group decision - making. Finally we put forward a work process of one - off group decision - making.
