摘  要:利用B73与By804构建的高油玉米群体为材料,分析粒重、粒长、粒宽、粒长宽比、粒厚、子粒油分、子粒体积、粒重体积比的表型变异及相关性分析。结果显示,粒长、粒宽、粒厚、子粒体积、粒重体积比均与粒重呈极显著正相关,而粒长宽比与粒重呈极显著负相关;同时粒长宽比与子粒油分也呈极显著负相关;粒重体积比与子粒油分呈极显著正相关。The recombinant inbred lines (RIL) derived from a normal line B73 and a high-oil line By804 was used to investigate the phenotypic variation and correlation among several yield-related traits, including kernel weight, kernel length, kernel width, ratio of kernel length to kernel width, kernel thickness, kernel oil content, kernel volume,ratio of kernel weight to kernel volume. The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between kernel length, kernel width, kernel thickness, kernel volume and ratio of kernel weight to volume with ker- nel weight, while ratio of kernel length to width was negatively correlated with kernel weight and kernel oil content. And a significant positive correlation was detected between ratio of kernel weight to volume and kernel oil content.
