摘  要:研究了污泥接种物中微生物活性差异对活性污泥呼吸抑制试验结果的影响。用17组不同来源、批次及相同干重质量浓度的污泥作为接种物进行3 h活性污泥呼吸抑制试验,根据满足EC_(50)值5~30 mg/L质控要求的数据组拟合呼吸速率-EC_(50)值曲线;对不同来源、批次及不同干重的20组活性污泥悬液中的活细菌数量及其3 h后的呼吸速率进行测定,建立了活细菌数量与呼吸速率间的函数关系。根据活细菌数-呼吸速率的拟合方程,结合呼吸抑制试验结果,认为在呼吸抑制试验中应控制每升污泥接种悬液中的活菌数在10^(10)数量级以上,推荐将每批污泥中微生物接种物用量控制在每升污泥悬液1.50×10^(10)-2.53×10^(10)个活细胞之间,以进一步保证试验结果间的可比性及化学品安全评估研究的标准化。The given article is to present its authors' study of the effects of activated sludge on the respiration along with the description of some inhibition tests and the determination of living bacteria number and respiration rate. Based on the microbial inoculum activities differentiation, we have investigated. 17 activated sludge suspensions with different sources and bathes adopted as microbial inoculum for our respiration inhibition tests. The findings of our investigation have revealed that low respiration rate of activated sludge suspension usually leads to invalid results of activated sludge inhibition test, in which EC50 of 3,5 - dichlorophenol is usually out of the quality control range of 5 - 30 mg/L. The respiration rate-EC50 curve fitting can be found based on the data of the ECho quality control range. In addition, we have discovered a remarkable exponential function relation between the respiration rate and the ECho value. In order to keep EC50 in a rather stable range of 10 - 15 mg/L, it is desirable to keep the respi- ration rate of activated sludge inoculum in a range of 0.31 - 0.43 mg O2/(L·min). Apart from the respiration rate, it is also to determine the ATP (adenosine triphosphate) and the concentration of inoculum by means of the microplate spectrophotometer. In doing so, it is necessary to keep the living bacteria quantity of 20 activated sludge suspensions selected from different sources and batches respectively. Afterwards, 3 h would be enough to define the respiration rate of these activated sludge. Combining the respiration inhibition testing results of 17 different activated sludge, a conclusion can be made that the living bacteria number of the activated sludge inoculum should be no less that the level of 10^10. Conclusion has also been reached that the relation between the living bacteria number of activated sludge inoeulum and EC50 of activated sludge respiration inhibition test can be established based on the respiration rate-EC50 fitting curve and living bacteria number-resp
