摘 要:目的:观察中等强度、递增负荷的跑台运动对大鼠海马CA3区椎体细胞树突棘数目的影响。方法:将生长发育期雄性大鼠随机分为对照组和运动组,运动组大鼠进行8周中等强度、递增负荷的跑台训练。8周后,同时处死两组大鼠,在大脑海马区取材,快速Golgi法染色,对海马CA3区椎体细胞树突棘形态进行观察,对树突棘数目进行计数。结果:两组大鼠海马CA3区椎体细胞顶树突棘数目比较,对照组36.0732±4.9517个,运动组43.2500±4.9756个,其差异有高度显著性(P<0.01)。结论:中等强度运动能促使大鼠大脑海马CA3区椎体细胞树突棘数目明显增多,说明长期适宜的体育运动能通过增加神经细胞之间的联系而提高学习与记忆能力。Objective: To observe the effect of progressive loading exercise with medium intensity at treadmill on the number of dendritic spires of pyramidal cells in hippocampus CA3 area of rats. Method:Male SD rats were divided into control group and exercise group. The rats from exercise group performed 8-weeks progressive loading exercise with medium intensity at treadmill. After 8 weeks, all rats from both groups were executed, the cerebrum of rats were excised for rapid Golgi method to count the dendritic spines of neurons with light microscope in this experiment. The result shows that comparing on the number of dendritic spires of pyramidal cells in hippocampus CA3 between two groups,control group is 36. 0732±4. 9517,while exercise group is 43. 2500 ± 4. 9756, and there has significant difference between them. Conclusion : Medium intensity exercise can increase the number of dendritic spires of pyramidal cells in hippocampus CA3. It suggests that long-term and suitable sport exercise can promote the learning and memorial ability.
