摘　　要：目的:本研究采用CEREC3 CAD/CAM系统制作各类修复体,并对其近期临床效果进行评价及分析。方法:选取58名患者,按照CEREC3 CAD/CAM系统标准程序,制作各类全瓷修复体86个,其中使用MarkⅡ瓷块57个、ProCAD瓷块29个。修复体使用树脂粘结材料粘结完成。修复后1年复诊,由两位医师按照改良的USPHS标准对修复体进行评价。结果:87.2%的修复体各项检查标准都达到了USPHS标准的Alpha类。结论:CEREC3 CAD/CAM系统制作修复体便捷,能完成高质量并且具有天然牙色的全瓷修复体,临床效果令人满意。Objective The purpose of the study was to evaluate several kinds of restorations fabricated by CEREC3 CAD/ CAM system. Methods Fifty-eight patients with 86 restorations were involved in the study,57 were fabricated with Mark II and 29 were fabricated with ProCAD.Several luting composite resins were used for seating the restorations. After one year, one and a half year the clinical performance of the restorations evaluated by two calibrated examiners using modified USPHS criteria. Results 87.2% restorations scored Alpha using modified USPHS criteria. Conclusion CEREC3 CAD/CAM system offers easy and quick manufactory of restorations and tooth-colored restrations made from high quality ceramic material.The clinical result is satisfactory.
