摘  要:目的制作兔子宫VX2肿瘤模型并动态观察其CT和MRI表现。材料与方法选用新西兰大白兔18只,采用宫腔内瘤块置入法建立肿瘤模型,分别于种植后2周和3周行CT和MRI检查观察肿瘤生长情况。结果宫腔内置入法种植子宫VX2肿瘤成功率达94%。17只大白兔CT和MRI平扫表现为子宫腔内占位,呈类圆形或分叶状等密度、等信号肿块,增强呈不均匀强化或边缘强化,中心坏死组织未见明显强化。3周末肿瘤体积(5.84±1.00)cm3与2周末肿瘤体积(1.85±0.16)cm3比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论兔子宫VX2肿瘤模型制作简便、快速、成功率高;CT和MRI能对肿瘤模型进行动态观察。Objective To establish rabbit uterus VX2 tumor model and dynamicly observe its manifestations of CT and MRI. Materials and Methods Eighteen white rabbits of New Zealand were included in the experiment. The rabbit model was established by implantating VX2 tumor fragments into uterine cavity. Plain and contrast-enhanced CT and MR scans were performed two and three weeks after implantation. Results The space occupying lesions were showed in seventeen rabbits uterine cavity with round or lobulated shape and isodensity or equivalent signal on CT and MR Plain scans. The tumors showed inhomogeneous enhancement or peripheral enhancement on contrast enhanced scans. There was significant difference of tumor volume at the third weekend(5.84 + 1.00cm3 ) and the second weekend( 1.85 -+ 0.16cm3 ). Conclu- sion The method of Establishing VX2 tumor in rabbit uterus by implantating VX2 tumor fragments into uterine cavity is convenient and feasible. The tumors can be observed effectively and dynamically with dynamic CT and MR scans.
