摘 要:UV喷墨油墨由颜料粒子、预聚物、活性单体光引发剂以及各种助剂组成,颜料粒子的分散性对UV喷墨油墨的使用性能和流变学性能有着重要影响。为了探讨颜料粒子的分散性对UV喷墨油墨体系流变学性能的影响,设计了具有不同颜基比的UV喷墨油墨配方,通过改变不同的分散条件,制备了具有不同分散状态的油墨样品。测试了样品的粒度分布和黏度、触变性、动态黏弹性等流变学参数,分析了颜料分散状态对体系流变学性能的影响。研究结果表明,颜基比对颜料粒子的分散状态具有重要影响,具有不同分散状态的油墨样品对油墨体系的流变学参数影响很大。通过监测UV喷墨油墨的流变学参数,可以监控油墨样品的分散状态,从而获得具有良好分散性的UV喷墨油墨的制备条件。UV-curable inkjet ink is composed of pigment particles, prepolymer, monomers, photo-imtlators and various additives. The pigment dispersion has important influence on the performance and rheological property of UV-curable inkjet ink. In order to discuss the effect, we design UV curable inkjet formulations which have the different ratio of pigment to prepolymer. Through changing the dispersing conditions, we can get the ink samples which had different dispersion state. The particle size distribution and the rheological parameters such as viscosity, thixotropy, dynamic viscoelastiecity of the samples are tested, and the effect of dispersion is also analyzed. The experiment results show that the ratio of pigment to prepolymer influences the dispersion state seriously, at the same time samples with different dispersion state affect the rheological parameters. We hope that through inspecting the rheological parameters, we can inspect the dispersion state of the ink samples, thereby we can get the UV-curable inkjet ink of good dispersion.
