碱液生物处理优势菌的降解条件研究

摘  要:从污泥中经过分离纯化,筛选出5株废碱液优势降解菌,对碱液生物处理中优势菌的降解条件进行初步研究,以降解COD能力为评判指标。结果表明,菌种最适处理条件为:温度35℃,pH=7,营养物质添加量为:玉米粉0.8%,MgSO4.7H2O 0.8%,玉米浆1.0%。优势菌对废碱液的降解效果明显,其中菌株TK07-5的COD去除率可达72%。It sludge. The screened 5 optimized wastewater degrading strains by isolation and purification from the degrading conditions of the strains in the biological treatment of the waste water were also discussed. After comparing the degrading abilities of the strains according to the determination of the COD value, it shows that the treatment effect is remarkable and especially the strain TK07-5 is much better than the others of which the COD value can reach 72%. Results of tests show that under the operating conditions of pH =7 ,temperature = 35 ℃ ,the addition quantity of nutrients are 0.8% for corn meal and 0.8% for MgSO4 · 7H2O and 1.0% for corn steep liquor.
