摘  要:根据刮板输送机中部槽的使用条件失效形式和性能要求,研究了等温淬火工艺对球铁淬火组织和性能的影响。在290~210℃等温淬火(920℃奥氏体化)均可得到贝氏体。在230℃等温90min,球墨铸铁可获得良好的力学性能,即硬度为HRC45.5,冲击功为20.2J,耐磨性比16Mn和ZG30SiMn分别提高了1.2和1.1倍。According to the failure way and property requirements, the effects of isothermal quenching on the microstructure and properties of spheroidal graphite cast iron were studied. When the isothermal quenching at 290 - 210℃ ( austenitizig at 920℃) , spheroidal graphite cast iron can obtaine the bainite microstructure. Austempering at 230 ℃ for 90 mins, the spheroidal graphite cast iron shows fine mechanical properties, i.e. the hardness is HRC 45.5, the impact toughness is 20.2 J/cm^2, and resistance to wear is respectively 1.2 times and 1.1 times as large as 16Mn and ZG30SiMn
