摘 要:采用NaY分子筛催化剂,经离子交换和高温焙烧制得HY分子筛,以油酸和乙醇为原料,在间歇反应釜进行酯化反应研究。考察反应温度、原料配比、催化剂用量和反应时间等条件对酯化反应的影响。结果表明,在反应温度180℃、n(油酸):n(乙醇)=1:2.5、催化剂用量为原料总质量的1.0%和反应时间4 h条件下,油酸转化率可达81.18%。实验中的HY分子筛表现出较高的活性和良好的稳定性。The HY zeolite was obtained from NaY zeolite via ion exchange and high temperature calcinations and used as the catalyst for esterification between oleic acid and ethanol in a batch-wise reactor. Effects of reaction temperature,n(oleic acid): n (ethanol), dosage of the catalyst and reaction time were investigated. The optimum condition was obtained as follows : reaction temperature 180 ℃, n ( oleic acid) : n (ethanol) = 1: 2.5, catalyst dosage 1%, reaction time 4 h. Oleic acid conversion of 81.18% was obtained under the optimum condition. The HY zeolite catalyst exhibited higher catalytic activity and stability.
