β-环糊精接枝壳聚糖功能纤维的合成与包合药物

摘　　要：在弱酸性的条件下将6位β-环糊精单醛通过氨化还原反应接枝到壳聚糖纤维上,用FT-IR表征了结构,初步探讨了反应机理;合成了包合环丙沙星的β-环糊精接枝壳聚糖药物纤维,测定了不同温度、不同时间该功能纤维对环丙沙星包合与释放性能及其包合稳定性常数和热力学参数。结果表明,该包合反应为放热反应,分子间的范德华力在起主导作用;包合物的稳定性受温度影响较大,低于25℃比较稳定,35℃释放达到平衡;在同一温度下,释放率随时间的延长而变大。A new kind of functional chitosan fiber grafted with β-cyclodextrin was prepared by coupling β-cyclodextrin monoaldehyde to chitosan fiber in the presence of sodium cyanoborohydride, which can form 1 ： 1 inclusion complex with ciprofloxacin, and the tentative mechanism was discussed. The stability constant and apparent thermodynamic parameters of the inclusion complex under different temperature were determined, and its stability and releasing behavior in aqueous solution were also examined. It is observed that inclusion reaction which is affected by van der waals is one kind of exothermic and the inclusion complex contained in the fiber is rather stable under 25 ℃, and its release of ciprofloxacin reaches nearly optimum state is around 35 ℃, which is near to the normal temperature of the human body.
