摘　　要：民族地区生态文明建设对资源节约型、环境友好型社会发展和整个国家的生态安全都具有重要意义。在分析民族地区生态环境存在的主要问题及其原因基础上,提出了民族地区加快生态农牧业建设、建立生态补偿机制、加大资金投入和完善税收制度、加强生态环境法制建设的四维路径。Ecological civilization construction in minority regions is of great significance for resource-conserving-oriented and environment-friendly-oriented social development as well as the ecological security of the whole country. This thesis, based on an analysis of the major ecological problems in minority nationalities, proposes that the construction of agriculture and animal husbandry industries in regions of minority nationalities be quickened, that ecological compensation system be set up, that further investment be made, that taxation system be improved and that the legal system of ecological environment he enhanced, which are four dimensional ways to construct ecologieal civilization.
