摘  要:对果胶酶和木聚糖酶在棉秆皮中的脱果胶效果及对化学制浆的影响进行了研究。结果表明,果胶酶和木聚糖酶均有脱果胶能力,且果胶酶的脱果胶能力优于木聚糖酶,在果胶酶用量为6IU·g-1时,脱果胶率达到73.5%。对化学漂白浆的影响结果显示,果胶酶可以显著降低成纸的尘埃度至13.9mm2·m-2,而木聚糖酶对纸浆的漂白有显著的助漂作用,所得漂白浆白度最高,为79.4%ISO。The effect of removing pectin of cotton stalk bast by pectase and xylanase on its Soda-AQ pulping is studied. The results show that both of pectase and xylanase have the ability to remove pectin, and pectase does better than xylanase, and the pectin removal ratio is 73.5% when the charge of pectase is 6 IU·g^-1. For the bleaching pulp, dust count is decresed by pectase treatment to 13.9 mm·m^-2, and brightness is got improved by xylanase assistant, and which can get 79.4 %ISO.
