摘　　要：在阐述了青岛大学调整本科应用化学专业方向的原因与意义、设置新特色方向依据的基础上，提出了“海洋化工与制药”、“绿色化学与绿色产品设计”、“现代工业分析与检测技术”等3个符合21世纪发展趋势的新专业特色方向和相应的专业实验体系，并分析了实现这一学科调整目标尚需解决的一些问题。The article takes the reason and the significance of adjusting the major direction of applied chemistry for undergraduates and sets the new character of specialty as the foundation, and proposes the suitable specialized experiment system and three new specialty directions, such as ocean chemical engineering, green chemis try and green product design, and modern industry analysis and inspecting technology, which are in accord with the developing trend of 21^st century. At the same time the article also analyzes the problems which need to be solved to implement the target of specialty adjustment.
