摘　　要：认识特种设备、了解特种设备所具有的基本特点，摸清特种设备的内涵，明确特种设备安全管理对象，建立适合本校特点的特种设备安全使用和管理办法，贯彻国家相关法规，规范特种设备的安全管理工作，充分调动各方面的积极性，形成安全使用与管理工作的合力，为教学、科研工作提供有利的安全保障。Recognizing the basic characters of specific facilities, trying to find out the meaning of them,makeing the management object of them clear,and establishing the regulation of use and management of specific facilities suitable for our university; carrying through the related law and regulation in our country, standardizing the safe management of them, bringing thoroughly into play of every aspect activities,forming one strength of use and management safely; and knowing the target and manage them well,creating a good teaching circumstance, provideing a favorable safety guarantee for the colleges and universities should be very important.
