华西蟾蜍蝌蚪营养成分分析

摘  要:参照《饲料分析及饲料质量检测技术》的方法,测定不同时期华西蟾蜍蝌蚪初水分、水分、粗灰分、粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、钙和总磷7种指标,得出其含量分别为90.84%~91.76%,4.82%~6.33%,26.49%~47.39%,25.69%~42.40%,13.23%~18.09%,0.88%~1.36%和0.70%~1.06%。随着蝌蚪的成长,除初水分和粗灰分含量递减外,粗蛋白质、粗脂肪和总磷的含量都呈递增趋势。华西蟾蜍蝌蚪含粗蛋白质和粗脂肪均较高,是一种高蛋白质、高脂肪的种类。Seven component indices of Bufo andrewsi polliwog in different stages were determined with reference to methods compiled in the monograph tided "Feed Analysis and Feed Quality Evaluation Techniques". The contents of original moisture, moisture, gross ash, crude protein, crude fat, calcium and total phosphorus were 90. 84% -91.76%, 4. 82% -6.33%, 26.49% -47.39%, 25.69% -42.40%, 13.23% -18.09%, 0. 88% - 1.36% and 0. 70% - 1.06% respectively. The results showed that the contents of original moisture and gross ash decreased as the polliwogs grew up, while the quantity of crude protein, crude fat and total phosphorus tended to increase. This experiment showed that B. andrewsi polliwog is a species with relatively higher contents of crude protein and crude fat.
