摘　　要：实习在高校旅游管理专业教学中具有重要地位。从不同角度分析现阶段我国高校普遍采用的实习模式,探讨实习存在的问题及原因。利用利益相关者理论,构建旅游管理专业实习模式并提出实施对策。Practice has an importance status in college tourist management faculty teaching. This paper has analyzed the main practice models in colleges in the current stage from different perspectives, and the existing problems and reasons. The author has proposed to set up a new tourism faculty practice model and measures on the base of stakeholder theory.
