摘  要:针对余度传感器捷联惯导系统软故障检测的漏警率和虚警率高,以及多个软故障难以检测的问题,对Potter等人的广义似然比方法(GLT)加以改进,增加了检测两个和两个以上软故障的能力,以"总误差向量"的新概念来研究所有误差对检测准确性的影响,并以推导充分条件的方法来分析影响检测的因素。以Honeywell公司的6激光陀螺Hexad系统为对象,推导了分别检测一个和两个陀螺软故障的充分条件,分析了影响两个陀螺软故障检测的原因。仿真结果表明,在满足充分条件时,对1个软故障陀螺和两个软故障陀螺的检测率能达到100%;尽管极小概率的软故障误差量在奇偶检测方程中的相互对消作用会导致漏警和虚警,但在绝大多数的漏警或虚警都是由于其它误差量出现了较大偏差所引起。Since the false and fail alarm rate is high, and it is difficult to detect the multi-soft faults of redundant sensor SINS, the Potter's GLT algorithm is ameliorated, adding the capability to detect two and more soft faults. The new concept 'general error vector' is used to study all errors' influence on the detecting accuracy. The method which deduces the sufficient condition is used to analyze the detection affecting factors. Taking the Honeywell's 6-RLG Hexad system as a study object, the sufficient conditions which can separately detect one and two RLG soft faults are deduced. The simulated results show that when the sufficient conditions are satisfied, one and two RLG soft faults detecting rates are all 100%. Although the infinitesimal probability of the canceling effect of the soft faults in parity detection equation can induce false and fail alarm, the most false and fail alarm are induced by larger excursion of other errors.
