不同保存介质对脱位牙牙周膜细胞活性的影响

摘  要:目的探讨不同介质及不同时间保存脱位牙对牙周膜细胞活性的影响。方法采用正畸拔除的第一、第二双尖牙共210颗,拔除后立即放入不同保存介质中,包括 Hank's 液、牛奶、生理盐水与对照组。阳性对照组为牙脱位后立即计数牙周膜细胞;而阴性对照组为脱位牙干燥后计数牙周膜细胞。在不同的时间检测有活力的牙周膜细胞数量,并与对照组进行比较。结果 Hank's 液、牛奶、生理盐水与阳性对照组比较,牙周膜细胞活性差异无统计学意义。阳性对照组、Hank's 液、牛奶、生理盐水与水和阴性对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。干燥状态下,有活性的牙周膜细胞随时间延长显著减少(P<0.01)。结论生理盐水、牛奶、Hank's 液可作为脱位牙有效的保存介质,时间最长可达2 h。Objective different time on the activi To evaluate the effe ty of the periodontal ct of the different ligament cells (PD preservation medium and LCs) of dislocated teeth. Methods A total of 210 first and second premolars extracted in orthodontic treatment were placed in the different preservation medium and 10 teeth in each group. The medium included Hank's solution,milk, nomal saline and the controls. That PDLCs were counted as soon as teeth were dislocated was used as the positive control,whereas that PDLCs were counted after the dislocated teeth dried was used as the negative control. The active periodontal ligament cells were different time and compared with control groups. Results There were no significant among Hank's solution,milk,nomal saline and the positive control group. Significant were found in comparing the positive control group, Hank's solution, milk, nomal saline and the negative group. The active periodontal ligament cells decreased obviously with the condition of drying. Conclusion The milk, nomal saline and Hank's solution can preservation medium for storage of dislocated teeth,and for 2 hours at the longest in detected at differences differences with water the time in be used as this study.
