护生实习期间心理健康状况调查

摘　　要：目的了解护生临床实习期间的心理健康状况。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90),对在湛江中心人民医院实习24周后的120名护生进行问卷调查。结果护生临床实习期间SCL-90各因子分除"躯体化"和"敌对"外,其余各项均高于全国常模均值,两者间比较差异有统计学意义(p<0.01)。结论对护生在临床实习期间存在不同心理问题不容轻视,应有针对性地进行心理健康教育,从而提高护生心理健康水平,保证实习顺利完成。Objective To investigate the psychological health of nurse students during their intern practice. Methods Using symptom calculation system （SCL- 90） as a questionnaire to investigate 120 nurse students 24 weeks after their intern in Zhanjiang People＇ s Central Hospital. Results In our study, all but except soma and hos- tility factors were higher than the national averages, with statistical significanee （p 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The psychological problems of nurse students should not be neglected. Instead, we should implement psychological education to improve their mental health so that they could finish their intern practice.
