20例X线表现不典型乳腺癌的分析

摘　　要：目的增强对X线表现不典型乳腺癌的影像认识,进一步提高乳腺癌的诊断水平。方法对经本院手术病理证实为乳腺癌而钼靶未见明确乳腺癌征象的病例20例进行总结分析。结果X线表现:20例中8例出现类似纤维腺瘤或囊肿样结节影,8例出现局灶性高密度影,2例仅表现为局部腺体结构扭曲,1例X线表现未见异常,1例表现为星芒状影,2例合并出现钙化灶,1例并见异常增粗增多血管影。结论X线表现不典型的乳腺癌易漏诊或误诊为其他良性乳腺疾病。对出现以上X线征象的病例应密切结合临床和其他影像学检查,以提高乳腺癌的诊断率。Objective： To raise the cognition ofmammography for non- typical breast carcinoma, and to improve the radiological diagnosis of atypical breast carcinoma. Methods： The mammography images of 20 cases with atypical breast cancer were collected and analyzed which were confirmed by pathology with no specific signs. Results： 8 cases showed fibroma resembled or nodules, 8 cases demonstrated local focus of increased density, 2 cases had local gland architecture distortion, 1 cases showed nothing abnormal, 1 case demonstrated star sign, 2 cases had calcifi- cation, and 1 case showed thichening and increased angiogram. Conclusion： A typical breast carcinoma can be misdiagnosed or missed diagnosis. Clinical and other diagnostic images should be considered synthetically to improve the diagnosis of breast carcinoma..
