摘　　要：目的探讨膜细胞骨架连接蛋白(Ezrin)在肝癌中的表达情况及其临床病理意义。方法手术切除肝癌标本79例(其中62例附癌旁正常组织),应用免疫组化检测Ezrin的表达。结果免疫组化染色显示:Ezrin的表达与肝癌的浸润、转移呈正相关,与分化程度呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论Ezrin的过度表达与肝细胞癌的发生与进展关系密切。Objective： To investigate the expression of Ezrin in hepatocellular carcinoma, as well as to elucidate its clinical significance. Methods： Immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the expression of Ezrin in 79 hepatocellular carcinoma samples and 62 cases of adjacent mucosa tissue. Results： Ezrin over-expression was positively correlated with the metastasis and was inversely correlated with the cancer differentiation level （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The over-expression of Ezrin may contribute to carcinogenesis and progression ofhepatocellular carcinoma.
